We is proud to have conducted a baseline assessment for EYA, highlighting critical gaps in safety, GBV awareness, and access to services for displaced women and girls in Debre Birhan.
Through a mixed-methods approach, this study uncovered critical realities:
🔹 Widespread safety concerns and protection risks
🔹 Limited access to GBV referral services
🔹 Gaps between awareness and actionable knowledge
🔹 Minimal participation of women and girls in decision-making
The results highlight urgent gaps — but also opportunities to create safer, more inclusive environments for women and girls. We remain committed to turning insights into impact.
